1. If you're reading this on our website you already know -- and if you're reading it via email maybe not -- that as of Sunday Stand-Up Comics has a brand-new website! You can read all about it on our front page (still www.stand-upcomics.com) but here's a quick list of things it can do: blogs, comments, customer profiles, integrate with Facebook, look better, read your mind (okay, maybe it can't do that last thing). If you have a minute, I recommend heading over to check it up, and sign up for a user account so you can comment on our posts and blogs. That would be dandy.

2. Remember: THIS FRIDAY from 6 - 8 PM we've got out annual Holiday Party. Come on down for free pizza, pop, snacks and company, as well as 20% off nearly everything in the store (30% off if you're a subscriber with an empty box!). Plus with every $20 spent get a raffle ticket for one of our door prizes; the top prize is valued at $100!

3. Reminder #2: This Sunday is our monthly (Comic) Book Club meeting (we bumped it up a week due to the holidays). We'll be down at the Lansing Baker's Square at 4:00 PM to talk about Oni Press' Scott Pilgrim vol. 1. Be there!
